Improving the production process of TISINA Ltd

TISINA Ltd is a small enterprise specialized in the production of castings from gray /GJL/ and spheroidal /GJS/ cast iron, with a weight up to 400 kg., as well as implementing other customers' orders from cast iron and steel. The castings are intended for the manufacture of parts for normal, tropical and explosion-proof cranes, some of which are intended for the European and world market, castings responsible for machine parts, agricultural machinery and general machinery, hull details of machinery for road construction, heating solid fuel appliances, etc. This project proposal of the candidate TISINA Ltd. is based to improve the production process and enhance the export potential of the company through realization of investment in fixed assets with a focus on expanding the capacity of existing business object, namely Turning machining center, Optical emission analyzer of alloys, Brinell Hardness measuring device, Machine for strength testing of materials, Hand sanding and polishing machine, Drum shot blasting machine and forklift totaling 516 310.00 lev without VAT. Successful realization of the project will help the company to expand the range of products, improve the quality and optimize the production processes. Technological equipment under the project will increase the capacity of the company to produce various types of cast iron and enhance its export potential, which will lead to an overall improvement of the competitive advantages at home and abroad. The ability to grant part of the costs for the realization of the investment is a key factor in starting the project and guarantee for achieving the projected results. This proposal fully meets the objectives of the Operational Programme "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020, ISIS 2014-2020, the Strategy for Development of SMEs in Bulgaria, as well as the objectives of this selection procedure for projects.
