Improving the production capacity of " Boryana" Ltd. by purchasing new production equipment

"Boriana" Ltd. was established on 09.08.1999 The main activity of the company since its creation has been designing, manufacturing and installation of wrought iron. Main products gates, railings, stairs, gratings, metal structures for awnings with decorative wrought iron. Another trend is outdoor furniture and home accessories - flower, candle holders, racks, kits fireplaces and more. The main channels of realization of products to the home market and around 30% are for export. Currently nearly 90% of the manufacturing process now consists of heavy manual labor performed by employees who need to have a specific professional qualification. This as the final effect does not allow to achieve the desired economic development that "Boryana" Ltd. has professional potential and developed markets. This situation underlines the need for implementation of new technologies that can be automated and extended the present proceedings. Their implementation will allow increasing plant productivity by 10 to 30% depending on the manufactured items, which in turn will lead to lower cost of manufactured parts and consequently higher revenues. Purchase of fixed assets of the project will increase the production as a whole and will enable greater exports to foreign markets. With the purchase and commissioning envisaged in the project machinery will be implemented fundamental change in manufacturing process of "Boryana" LTD. Provided within the project machinery will allow the switch to automatic and semi-automatic production through the introduction into operation of new high yield technology and automated processes. The project duration is 18 months with a total budget of 600,000 lv. The project will be implemented through outsourcing under Decree №118 / 20.05.2014.
