Improving the production capacity and increasing the export potential of "BULMAK 2005" Ltd.

“Bulmak 2005” LTD was founded in 2005. Company’s main activities are manufacture of metal structures and equipment, repairs and restoration activities in the shipbuilding and ship repair (ship welding and corpus activities; metal shipping facilities; installation and repair of heat-and-power engineering facilities; repair, restoration and installation of all types of equipment and installations in power plants; thermal insulation of pipelines; manufacture, delivery and installation of energy equipment). Company’s factory is located in the village of Ezerovo – Beloslav, in which there are 10 worksites – workshop “Mechanical treatment”, workshop “Manufacture of sheet material”, workshop “Manufacture of shaped metal”, workshop “Blasting and painting”, repair rooms, carpentry workshop, motor transport workshop, indoor and outdoor warehouses for raw metal and finished goods. In reference to expansion and increasing client’s number, respectively the demand of manufactured products, “Bulmak 2005” needs to purchase additional equipment as follows: horizontal drilling and milling machine with the following options: vertical milling head, universal milling head, uncontrollable external cooling, chip conveyor, compressor for the column unit, detail fixer – cube type, detail fixer – pyramid type, CMA automatic coordinate-drilling machine CNC . Expected results of the project’s implementation are: improving the quality of the products; strengthening the positions on current markets and entering new ones; reducing the cost of production; increasing resource efficiency and effectiveness of the production process, creating new jobs.
