The strategy of DEMA Ltd. for company development is based on a technological modernization executed by stages. The first two stages have been realized during the period of year 2007-2014. The third stage ( year of 2015-2017) foresees purchasing and putting into operation of a new contemporary high tech CNC machining center and optimization of the resources and the used raw materials and materials by new technologies and contemporary equipment. The current project is orientated to the realization of this stage and is provides the following activities: 1. Activity for diversification of the assortment of company products and services (it will be fulfilled by purchasing of CNC machining center) 2. Activity of implementing of new technologies for improving of the resource effectiveness and efficacy in the production process ( it will be fulfilled by purchasing of CNC band sawing machine) As a result of the realization of the project: - the production capacity will increase; - the labor productivity will increase; - new products will be implemented in the production– functional units for automated assembly lines for woodworking; - the export will increase; - the efficacy of the production process will improve; - the quality of the production will improve; - the resource effectiveness will improve including as the expenses for materials and raw materials will decrease by reducing of waste generation. Generally, with the realization of the project will be achieved increasing of the competitiveness of DEMA Ltd. at the European market.
