Improvement Of The Production Capacity in MONTAGENGINEERING JSC

The project proposal aims to increase the competitiveness of MONTAGENGINEERING JSC - a medium production company developing dynamically with extensive experience and traditions in the production of metal constructions and off-standard equipment for important sites of national significance and for a number of other structural industrial sectors in the country and abroad. The product list includes a wide range of products with high added value: accuracy of geometry, operational reliability, precise assembly, weathering resistance. Despite the good market positioning and the comparative advantages, the restrictions of the production process impede the policy for product innovation and maintenance of high and guaranteed quality. This is the main reason for unfavorable market position of the Company as well as it restricts its export capacities regarding entering new market segments; it impedes the Company to apply its experience and potential. The solutions of these problems requires the Company to invest in a new innovative equipment for metal constructions production. The market situation as well as its established position are the challenges, forcing the Company to continue developing its current production activities and to increase its production capacity. This will be achieved through the offered project activities, which will be favorable to overcome the restrictions, faced in the current situation: 1. Improvement of the production processes; 2. Adding new product characteristics; 3 Product diversification, and 4. Improvement of the resource efficiency and efficacy of the production process. The specific results expected by the end of the third year after the project implementation are: Achievement of internal rate of return - 15.38%, increasing of the productivity - 17.40%, %, change of average revenues generated from export – 25.52%, increasing the effectiveness of production costs – 16.07%.
