Fashion Mania Ltd. was incorporated in 2003 in Pleven. The main activity is the production of knit garments on a CMT basis using materials of the developer. The company positioned itself on the market by offering high-quality products and timely execution of orders. By developing the present project proposal Fashion Mania Ltd. plans to expand its production capacity, launch the realization of its own fashion line under its own trade mark (brand) and to create a real opportunity for sale of company products to international markets. The specific activities envisaged for implementation under the present investment project are: - Improvement of production processes; - Adding new features or improving existing products and services; - Implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. The above project activities will be realized through the purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of: 1. High-tech production equipment for knitting, consisting of knitting machines (6 pcs.); 2. High-tech line for laundry, comprised of: - Industrial washing machine - 1 pc. - Industrial tumble dryer - 1 pc. - Ironing machine for finishing ironing - 1 pc. - Table for finishing ironing – 1 pc. The newly purchased equipment will meet the latest technological requirements in the manufacturing sector and will allow the company to increase its production capacity. The implementation of the project activities will lead to: further improvement of the production quality; wider product range; higher volumes of production; shorter terms for execution of orders; better ability for meeting customer requirements and improve the quality of end products. Apart from all potential benefits mentioned above, the realization of the present project will create prerequisites for Fashion Mania Ltd. to break an entry on the European and on the global market as well.
