Improving the production capacity of "Color-Plast" Ltd. through the introduction of new high-tech injection blow molding machine

Color-Plast Ltd. is a private Bulgarian company founded in 1993, in Stara Zagora. The company is specialized in the production of plastic products and packaging (bottles and caps) for the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The present project proposal envisages the purchase of 1 piece injection-blow molding machine casting thermoplastic products. The machine has the ability to work with matrices with different numbers of sockets depending on the choice of design, capacity, size and weight of the final product. The equipment to be purchased under the present project proposal meets the latest technological requirements in the manufacturing sector and guarantees the high-quality of products and satisfaction of customer needs. The project implementation will lead to both expansion of the production capacity and reduction of manufacture costs and production time per unit. In addition, it will enable the commercialization of new products and will broaden the product range of the company, in order to fully satisfy market needs and the growing demands of customers. A maximum level of quality in the delivery of final products to customers and lower costs will be accomplished by closing the production cycle within the enterprise. The project investment will contribute directly to the achievement of the performance targets set in the short, medium and long term strategy of Color - Plast Ltd., namely: to increase the capacity of production through introduction of a new product group, to be able to service much larger customer orders and thus to expand company presence on the national, European and global markets.
