Improving the Competitiveness of "WELGA" LTD

Through the realisation of the project, the following needs of the applicant will be satisfied: 1. Need to increase the production capacity, which will allow applicant to improve its market position. 2. Need to improve the resource efficiency of the enterprise. Presentation of the entity identified key issues, on which the marking of these needs is based on, is done in Point 11 of this form. For the satisfaction of these needs, it is provided implementation of a combination of the following activities: 1. Action to improve the production processes. 2. Activity of introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. As a result of the implementation of these activities "WELGA" LTD. will achieve the following results: 1. Improved 3 pcs.production processes and production capacity increased by 40%. 2. Improved market positions: + 15% revenues from the production of external market and + 62% revenues from production of the internal market (compared to 2014), including in the field of Innovation Strategy for Intelligent Specialization (ISIS). 3. Improved resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process (through 3 new resource efficient technologies) and as a consequence: reduced costs for production activities. A detailed presentation of the results of the project is done in Point 7 and also on Point 11 of this form. The objectives of the project will be achieved: - Improved competitiveness of "WELGA" LTD. by increasing production capacity and enhancing the export potential of the enterprise (general purpose of the project) - Improved production processes and implementation of new technologies for improvement of the resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process (specific objectives) and satisfaction of the targeted groups will be achieved: Beneficiary working in the enterprise-beneficiary and customers: present and future.
