Increasing the competitiveness, efficiency and production capacity of Sinter-M AD

The project will increase the competitiveness on the domestic and international market of "Sinter-M" AD by increasing production capacity and enhancing the export potential through modernization and technological innovation. • The expected results of the implementation of the project proposal are as follows: Close the entire production cycle of sintered parts within the enterprise Introduction of a new advanced technology for heat treatment of details, which is much greener than conventional technology. Increase productivity with 21%. Increase efficiency of production costs with 17 %. Improve product quality, reduce waste and increase the range of products offered. Increasing the income from export with nearly 30 %. Waste reduction in production by 10.00%. Reducing the cost of electricity per unit of production by 15.00%. Project activities are: Activities for implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process: • Delivery and introduction of Wire-cut electrical discharge machine • Delivery and introduction of Vacuum heat treatment furnace • Delivery and introduction of Three-axis coordinate measuring machine The project budget is 999 999,99 BGN. The project duration is 18 Months. Methodology for implementation: For the project "Sinter-M" AD will form the project implementation team with the task of organizing the technical and financial implementation of the project - according to the Guidelines for the implementation of grant contracts under OP "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020 and in accordance with Council of Ministers Decree No. 118 / 20.05.2014.
