Increasing the competitiveness of BND Textile Ltd. through the purchase of a new generation of high-tech fully automated production line for printing on different types of stretchable and non-stretchable fabrics and implementation of software quality control system .

BNIDTextile Ltd. has focused its activities in printing on a wide range of textile advertising materials, raw materials for the clothing industry, fashion, printing patterns for fabrics and also printing and sewing of sport suits, swimwear and many other various textile products. The company's customers are leading international advertising agencies and companies in the country as RA "New Moment New Ideas", PA "Mark Publicis", PA "Hidalgo", MTel, "Kamenica", "L'Oreal" and many others, and established good business relationships with companies from the Netherlands, Germany, England, Sweden, Luxembourg, Romania, Turkey and others. With the equipment available to the company at the moment it is mainly specialized in printing of polyester fabrics. In order to meet the ever changing demands of the market, in terms of increasing competition, it is necessary to purchase and implement new generation of automated production line for direct printing on different types of stretchable and non-stretchable fabrics , cotton , wool and polyester ones. Implementation of the new production line will increase the production capacity of the enterprise, extending the characteristics of printed textiles at significantly higher print quality, and all this for a shorter time and with better resource efficiency. The project aims expanding the company production capacity by setting up a new business facility, which will be positioned in the new assembly line, thanks to which will be implemented the most advanced printing technology. All this will increase the competitiveness of the enterprise, which will allow it to strengthen its position in the market for this type of products and conquer new ones , not only locally but also internationally. This project proposal is set and the purchase of specialized software for controlling print quality , which will help to improve the quality of finished products and reduce the technological marriage.
