Improvement the production capacity of Stad Bliznakov Ltd.

STAD BLIZNAKOV Ltd was registered in 1992 in the city of Blagoevgrad. The core business of the Company is the production of metal products in the following branches: Production of source reinforced material from wire rod and reinforced bars, electrically welded mesh, various steel structures (canopies, fences, railings, doors, etc.), as well as processing of cold-rolled steel in coils. The production is fully concentrated on the demands of the construction industry in the country and abroad. The finished products comprise all construction types, required for reinforced concrete structures. The Company has its own production facility in the town of Dupnitsa and its own vehicles to support its transportation and logistic operations. The company's mission is: “All you need in modern construction”. The Company is facing the following issues: Production capacity is not sufficient to meet the demand for the company's products; Poor production quality, justifying the little interest foreign customers pay to its products. The objective of this project is to increase the production capacity of the company, thus contributing to improving the features of the finished products, as well as to implement new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness of the process. This shall be made possible by making investments in tangible assets, namely – in the purchase of Machinery complex for the production of electrically welded wire mesh and its implementation in the production process. The activities, provided for in this project will help expand the capacity of the existing business facility - the main production facility of the company in the town of Dupnitsa. The new processing equipment will also help the company to achieve maximum quality of the export production.
