Investments to improve production capacity and increase exports "CEYAN" LTD.

“CEYAN” Ltd. is operating in “Mechanical processing of metal” and is specialized in production of metalware for warehouse/storage equipment; for lifting equipment; SFGs for brake disks and pads for bicycles and automobiles; metalware for extreme tourism. “CEYAN” Ltd. needs to address increased customer demand at the limitation of full production capacity utilization, as well as to improve the quality and competitiveness of products, in order to expand its positions on the international markets. The company is using physically old and outdated equipment, which is not efficient enough and lead to labor intensive production with high energy and material consumption, and unstable parameters of production processes. In order for these needs to be met, the project includes the purchase of fixed assets as an entirely new solution: hydraulic abkant with CNC and four-wheel electrical forklift. The new equipment will increase production capacity, improve export capabilities and will ensure precise production parameters, which will enhance resource efficiency and effectiveness in production processes, and will decrease cost of production per unit. The company is in the range of eligible target group with a project in ISSS thematic field “New technologies in creative and recreational industry” and activities for adopting new technologies for improving resource efficiency and effectiveness in production processes. The expected results are: improving competitiveness and creating export potential, decreasing production cost and increasing production capacity. The project is directed to the following activities: improvement of production processes and current products, as well as introduction of new technologies for enhanced resource efficiency and effectiveness in production process.
