Increase of production capacity and consolidation of export potential of Tehniks Ltd.

„Tehniks” Ltd is specialized in the manufacture of constructions from metal, decorative elements, metal products, custom built elements for the construction industry, etc. The elaboration of the present project proposal follows the implementation of thorough analysis in regards to the necessity of purchasing and installation of the new production machines and is being based upon the company experience and the development trend of the different markets on which the company sells the final products. In this regard, the implementation of the present project represents a systematic approach for the increase of the production capacity of „Tehniks” Ltd and will influence focused, positive effect in relation to the development of the export potential of the entity. The present production equipment of the company poses a number of restrains in relation to its sustainable development taking into consideration the economic crises and the need to supply new and competitive products. Within the framework of the present project proposal the purchase and installation of the following machines is envisaged: Automatic Spiral Wire Fencing Machine, 4 Rolls Hydraulic Plate Bending Machine, Electronic Miter Cutting, Hydraulic Notching Machines, Mobile Plant for Manual sandblasting, Coating unit, Production line for forged metal elements (comprising 7 separate machines), Electrostatic Painting System and Spot welding machine. The envisaged machines will contribute for: - improvement of the production processes and increased quality of the manufactured goods; - decrease of the production expenses; - environment protection by reduction of pollutant emissions; - adding of new characteristics or improvement of the current products and services; - diversification of product range and provided services; - improvement of the resource effectiveness and efficiency in the production process.
