ENHANCING THE PRODUCTION CAPACITY AND EXPORT POTENTIAL OF POLLY CORRECT Ltd.

POLLY CORRECT Ltd was established in the Getsovo village, Municipality of Razgrad, in 2008. The core business activities of the Company are concentrated in the production of furniture. The Company is in fact a micro enterprise that operates exclusively on a regional level, whereas the expansion of its operations and market share, from the very moment of its formation until now, have been focused on offering a wide range of interior decisions (interior doors and furniture), with a marked emphasis on the activities of individual design of offered furniture, as well as decent treatment of all customers and partners of the company. Up until now all investments in the development of production activities have been made entirely with the Company's own funds, as well as bank loans. In order to increase the production capacity, the Company needs to optimize processes in the individual units of production, introduce a new generation of machinery, which would have far better capacity and produce quality, well higher than manual labour. The implementation of the project will provide issue-specific solutions. Through investing in tangible assets - a painting robot with paper tape and automatic drilling machine - the production capacity of the company shall improve. The projects provides for automation of the greater part of production processes and improvement of cost efficiency by introducing new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. As a result of this project the applicant will be able to achieve better production times for order fulfilment and a much higher quality of end products. The completion of this project will help build up the Company's export potential, whereas provisions are made to start exports for the EU - mainly to Austria and the Netherlands.
