Technological improvment of the production capacity in DANKO SYSTEMS Ltd.

DANKO SYSTEMS Ltd was established in April, 2003 but has its prehistory in the face of DANKO-Evgeny Georgiev SP, which was founded in 1991 by Evgeny Georgiev. In the beginning the company created fair and exhibition stands in Plovdiv and bazaars in various towns in Bulgaria, as well as locations in the Black Sea area. In 2003 DANKO-Evgeny Georgiev amp; Son EOOD was founded, which was later on registered anew and renamed to DANKO SYSTEMS Ltd. The company was inherited by the sole proprietor, who then purchased industrial property and began manufacturing furniture metal frames and hardware plates, fastening corners and other fittings for the construction of furniture. In 2005 the manufacture of furniture mechanisms began. During 2006-2007 the company developed its production by introducing bed and sofa mechanisms. In 2007 and 2008 the company worked with a number of firms that have a well-established reputation in the country’s internal market. In the beginning of 2009 the company established contact with Gamp;G Italy, and from March until September manufactured the tools necessary for the manufacturing of a new product in accordance with Gamp;G’s demands. This was the company’s first export. New contacts with the UK and Romania followed. In 2011 the firm connected with SHATTI Bulgaria, a Swiss company that has an agency in Bulgaria and managed to realize several projects in the sphere of metalworking industry. In order to improve the production capacity of the company and its export potential it is intended with this project one new laser cutting machine to be purchased. With this new machine the total production capacity of the company will be increased by 10% and the cost per unit of production will be reduced by at least 5%. The project will contribute that the company's turnover increases by at least 5% on an annual basis and in the next three financial years after finishing the project implementation the expected increase of the turnover to reach nearly 32%.
