Improving the production capacity in "MONOLITH 1994" Ltd.

The company was founded in 1994 and over the years has successfully developed its activities in the production of marble, granite and travertine. The good market performance and the success of the company over the past 20 years are determined primarily from investments in advanced technologies huge product diversity, the correct management and the established lasting partnership relations with foreign partners from France, China, Greece, Spain, Italy, India, Brazil, Turkey. This project is aimed at the improving productive capacity and the increase the export potential of the company through delivery and commissioning of equipment and technologies to improve resource efficiency in "MONOLITH 1994" Ltd, namely: CNC system for water jet cutting, with or without abrasive; Processing and polishing machine for straight face details of marble, granite and agglomerates; Bridged CNC machining machine for cutting and finishing of marble, granite and agglomerates - 2 types with different capacities and characteristics. Also are envisaged and the appropriate measures for publicity and information according to the rules of Annex XII to Regulation (EU) № 1303/2013. The need for the planned project activities is determined by rising product range and limited production capacity of existing equipment, thus prejudging the increase the production and places us incapable of satisfy the all orders and individual customer wishes. This trend is increasingly noticeable at present rates of the development of architecture and design. In this context, the intended for the purchase, technology equipment is selected into the account the possibilities to be used for the production of larger and more diversified volume of products. In addition to the above, the availability of planned equipment and technologies will allow us to satisfy even the most unconventional customer requests, and will affect to the increase the export revenues in conditions of improved resource efficiency.
