Improving the production capacity of “Mipa” LTD by purchasing production equipment

“Mipa” LTD was founded in 1994 and is one of the leading furniture manufacturers in Bulgaria. The company is specialized in the design, development, manufacturing and installing furniture for residential, hotel, office and public buildings. Some of the company’s customers are: Bulgarian National Radio, National Service “Police”, Administrative Court – Plovdiv, District Court – Shumen, District Court – Gorna Oryahovitsa, Hotel Barcelo Royal Beach, Domaine Boyar AD, Technopolis, “ROCA-BULGARIA” AD, “Furnish BG” LTD, Dobrich Municipality, District Administration – Shumen, PMG – Razgrad, The School of Ceramics – Novi Pazar. Sales are carried out mainly on the domestic market; very small part of the company’s production is exported. The modern production area of the company is located of 10 000 sq. m. and the machinery is continuously updated. The company is ISO 9001-2008 and ISO 14001-2004 certified. “Mipa” LTD is a member of the Trade organization of furniture producers and registered in SEDEX since 2013. Investments that the company realized over the years are oriented to purchasing new machinery and technologies and to continuously improving the working conditions. Through this project proposal “Mipa” LTD aims to improve its competitiveness by purchasing the following equipment: 1. Cutting-up machine 2. Drilling center with CNC-control 3. Vacuum system for gripping and moving chipboards 4. Software: AutoCAD With the above equipment “Mipa” LTD will increase its production capacity and sales income, upgrading the export potential, improving the quality of the working process, reducing production costs and number of manual operations, increasing the energy efficiency and providing opportunities for new designer models of the products.
