Improving production capacity in "Kosev" Ltd.

The present project proposal will introduce technological renovations improve the manufacturing processes in Kosev Ltd and will increase its efficiency and competitiveness .These developments will contribute to the consolidation and development of national and international markets. The proposal activities include introduction of specialized high tech machinery for metalworking, fibro laser and folding press in Kosev Ltd. Problems and constraints to the development of the enterprise are described. Based on justification and quantitative measures it is described how the project will positively affect the development of the enterprise. A substantial increase of production capacity and export are expected, and the labor productivity will increase, and the efficiency of production costs will increase. Significant improvement in resource efficiency and effectiveness will increase. Compliance of the project with the areas of Innovation Strategy for smart specialization is also described. By realization of this project Kosev Ltd will start manufacturing and selling more products with better quality and features at competitive price. The enterprise will cover the necessity quality standards, will build production capacity for greater volumes, which will improve its position on existing markets and will actually unfold its full potential, offering its quality products in a growing number of countries.
