Created in 2002, "Roza Email" Ltd. is known as trust-worthy producer of stoves (coal and wood-burning), chimney pipes and house-hold items. "Roza Email" Ltd. holds a reputation for quality and reliable products. The proposal is focused on expanding its operation through purchasing new equipment to increase its production capacity and improve the production process. The proposal intends to introduce automatic cabin for powder enameling, which to result in improving the competitive advantages of company's products through increasing their quality. The new automatic line will improve the resource efficiency of "Roza Email" Ltd. due to the introduction of a non-waste technology that recycle the production waste up to 99,99% to be re-used. The proposal is addressing company's needs to strengthen its positions on Bulgarian and foreign market. The expected outcome is directly linked to overcoming production gaps and limitations through: - Increasing the production volume through increased production capacity of the enameling line, which volume will cover the customers' requests. - Reduce production time to execute customers requests and decrease the production costs. - Improving quality of products through use of new, modern, precise and non-waste production equipment. The company intends to increase the production capacity with more than 20%, as well as to increase the incomes with minimum 15% and attract new customers, all through producing variety of new products. As a result, "Roza Email" ltd. will produce quality products on competitive prices to increase its competitiveness.
