Expanding production capacity of Angel Stoilov 96 PLC

Company "Angel Stoilov 96" was established in 1996 and develops its activities in the field of machining metal. The main products of the company are different types of plates, bars, round bars, hexagon, angles, profiles, circular welded pipe, square welded pipes and others. The company offers processing of metals such as gas cutting, guillotine cutting and aluminum; gas-plasma cutting; chemical and ultrasound analysis. The manufacturing process includes metal processing with CNC machines. The project is aimed at expanding production activity by adding new technology to the existing facilities of "Angel Stoilov 96". To withstand competitive pressures and strengthen their positions, the company needs to optimize and increase the capacity and efficiency of work in various stages of production. This is not possible with existing equipment. The project provides for the purchase of the drum shot blasting machine, shot blasting machine for sheet material and profiles and a vacuum oven for tempering, which are designed for details, produced both in mass and in smaller series. They offer greater precision in processing and additional production capacity. As a result of the project, the company will increase its productivity (increase in production volume by an average of 20%) and will optimize the production process, reducing processing time and the cost of the final products. With the project, the company aims to strengthen its position in the domestic market and started offering their products in foreign markets by offering quality products at competitive prices.
