Expanding production capacity of "Fasteners Bulgaria Trading" Ltd

"Fasteners Bulgaria Trading" Ltd was established in 1997 and in recent years it has became one of the leading market players. The company manufactures a complete range of fasteners, screws, bolts and other standard and non-standard fasteners. The head office of the company is located in Varna. Regional offices serve customers in Sofia, Plovdiv and Pleven. The company has a logistics center - a warehouse with over 1000 pallet locations with modern equipment and unit for packaging production. The project is aimed at expanding production activity by adding new technological capacities to the technological park of "Fasteners Bulgaria Trading" LTD. In order to cope with the competitive pressure and strengthen their positions, the company needs to optimize and increase the capacity and efficiency of work in various stages of production of fasteners. This is not possible with existing equipment. The capacity of the equipment is insufficient and cannot cover the increasing requests. The project is aimed to purchase of automated line for the production of bolts, consisting of seven elements: 1) Machine for automatic circular sawing 2) Automatic machine for chamfers 3) Inductor for automated heating 4) Reduction machine 5) Lathe with CNC control 6) Rolling machine 7) Test Machine The new production line offers greater efficiency, precision and additional production capacity. As a result, "Fasteners Bulgaria Trading" Ltd will increase its productivity (increase in production volume by an average of 20%) and will optimize the production process, reducing processing time and will lower the cost of the final products. With the project, the company aims to strengthen its position in the domestic market and to expand exports.
