Improving production capacity and strengthening the export potential of Nitex EOOD

"Nitex" LTD was founded in 1993, with years of experience in the production of woven and knitted elastics, bands, cords, satin and decorative bands and other passementerie products. The technological capabilities of the company enable by the manufacturing to be used weaving, knitting and interweaving in accordance with the subsequent use of products. The manufacturing capabilities allow the company to develop products in various colors with different widths and excellent reproduction of a sample set of customers. In order to improve the production capacity of the company and its export potential with this project is provided the purchase of 12 pcs. new high-performance and resource efficient machines for manufacturing of elastic and non-elastic bands by band weaving. By purchasing them will be achieved the objective of the project - improving the competitiveness of "Nitex" Ltd. by increasing the production capacity in technological unit "Weaving machines" and export potential and diversification of the product range of the company. The project "Improvement of production capacity and increasing the export potential of “Nitex LTD.” includes the following activities: 1. Improvement of manufacturing processes in the activity of "Nitex" LTD. 2. Diversification of the range of products produced by "Nitex" LTD. 3. Implementation of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process of "Nitex" LTD. Through the implementation of the project activities will be achieved the following results: • Two times increased capacity for the production of elastic and non-elastic bands • Increased competitiveness of the Company • Increased market share in the domestic market • Diversified product range of the company • Increasing the share of export revenues till 2020 by 2,87 times compared to 2014
