Improving the Production Capacity of DeBulCo OOD

The main activity of "Debulko" OOD is designing and manufacturing of metal constructions, products and furniture -mainly racks, POS display stands, shopfittings and products for the industry. The products are offered on national and international market. With this project, the company aims to Increase production capacity and Enhance export potential through investments in fixed assets with which to optimize the manufacturing processes for Mechanical processing and Welding, to improve the quality of existing products, and to improve resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process. With the project planned investments will be achieved capacity expansion of the 2 existing establishments of "Debulko" OOD. - in Musachevo village (Southwestern Region) and Totleben village (Northwestern Region), which will increase the volume of output produced by the company and allow more orders to be taken and performed with high quality and promptly. The project proposal includes activities for improvement of production processes, activities for adding new features or for improvement of existing products, and activities for introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resources effectiveness and efficiency in the production process. The expected project results are: improving the quality of the existing products; increasing the production capacity by 12-14% as a result of capacity extension in both existing establishments of the company; increasing sales revenue to 20%; expanding market share and increasing export revenues by 17%; reduce complaints to 0%; reducing production waste by 25%; reducing the amount of waste by 30%; in the medium term to achieve an internal rate of return of the project with over 17%; increase productivity with 16%; increase in the average revenue generated by exports about 40.00% and increase the efficiency of production costs with over 16%.
