"IMPROVING THE PRODUCTION CAPACITY "MM GALVANIX "Ltd."

The main purpose of this project is a rise in the production capacity of the enterprise "MM Galvanix"Ltd. The planned activities in the project include purchasing, testing and putting into operation of the so called Automatic line for anode oxygenation of aluminium and its alooys" which is going to contribute to a great extent to the automation of the production process and the rise in the production capacity of the enterprise "MM Galvanix" Ltd. The need fot the purchase of the new production line comes from the fact that the available technological equipment for anode oxygenation is with small dimensions and low production effectiveness. The small measurements of tanks for treatment of pieces narrow the product range of the enterprise - with the available equipment it is possible to produce only details with maximum length of 1200 mm and a hihh percentage of dependence on the human performance. The new automatized line for anode oxygenation presents an opportunity of machine details with length up to 3000 mm which will increase the product range and in this way the partners needs will be satisfied. The amount of technological rejects will decrease and the expensese on materials will go down. Furthermore, the new production line will increase significantly the quantity of worked details for man-hour and an automation of the working process will be achieved which will improve the quality of the solid anode cover of the details better. The main result of the realization of the project is the rise in the production capacity measured by the amount of production for a year. It is also expected that as a result of the improved quality characteristics and the expansion of the product range because of the realization of the project a part of the "MM Galvanix" production will be sold in Germany and Switzerland.
