Improving production capacity in „STIV“ Ltd.

STIV EOOD specializes in the production of furniture. The main production groups include: • home furniture; • office furniture; • hotel furniture; • interior doors. Production is carried out in the company’s own production premises located at the town of Vratsa. A new CNC panel cutting center and a clean-air dust extractor will be added to the existing equipment in the company through the realization of the present project. The integration of the new equipment in the production process will result in: 1. Increase in production capacity by up to 90 sq. m. of furniture per month; 2. Increase in production capacity by up to 38 pieces of interior doors per month; 3. Export potential growth of STIV EOOD. 18% of the furniture and interior doors produced are planned to be exported on external markets. Thus, the investment will lead to average export revenues growth by 25%; Project activities include a procurement procedure (to be carried out in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidance on the Implementation of Grant Contracts financed under Operational Program “Innovations and Competitiveness” 2014-2020 and Council of Ministers Decree No. 118 / 20.05.2014), delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment. Total value of the investment is BGN 490,368.00, VAT excluded. Planned project duration is 18 months.
