Improving production capacity of „Moda e Moda Servizi“ LTD

MODA E MODA SERVIZI EOOD is a clothing company that specializes in the manufacture of textile and knitted fabrics with materials and assignment provided by the client (toll manufacturing). The use of the CAD/CAM system for the make of the cuts is the company’s competitive advantage which allows the following: • the making of the cuts; • digitalized cuts; • grading in the numbering. Manufacturing is carried out in the company’s own production and logistics premises located at the village of Bratanitsa, Pazardzhik district. A complete set of machines for the manufacture of textile and knitted fabrics will be added to the existing equipment in the company with the implementation of this project. These machines are going to form one new production line. Additionally, a new diesel generator is going to be purchased. This is going to solve the problems associated with the frequent electric power outages at the premises. The integration of the line and the generator in the production process will lead to: 1. Increase of production capacity by more than 20 thousand pieces of clothing per month; 2. MODA E MODA SERVIZI EOOD export potential growth. More than 86 % of the manufactured clothes are planned to be exported on external markets. Thus, the investment is going to lead to average export revenues growth by more than 25%; Project activities include a procurement procedure (to be carried out in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidance on the Implementation of Grant Contracts financed under Operational Program “Innovations and Competitiveness” 2014-2020 and CM Decree No. 118 / 20.05.2014), delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment. Total value of the investment is BGN 901,903.00, VAT excluded. Planned project duration is 18 months.
