Increase of production potential and cost optimization in '' Yanev '' Ltd.

Company "Janev" Ltd. was established in 2006. The main activity is the production of knitted garments: shirts, pants, shirts, blouses and other. The production is intended solely for export. The main clients of the company OTTO Group, Klingel, METRO Group, Eible, Textil Kartner and others. To meet the competition, improve quality, "Janev" Ltd. feels the need to purchase new equipment to carry out their activities. Through technological equipment Yanev Ltd. aims to increase its capacity and improve cost efficiency in the production process. To achieve these goals the company needs the introduction of a new production line. It represents a digital printing machine for jet printing on textiles, knitted and elastic fabrics. Currently Janev Ltd. uses an external contractor based in Turkey. This determines the number of charges, namely: transport, administrative costs associated with time delays of imports and payment of the service .They will optimize the introduction of digital printing machine. Foreign markets where Janev Ltd. has its products require constant improvement of production performance. Te are extremely critical and therefore Janev Ltd. must meet increasing requirements. The company will also create four permanent jobs of employees who will operate the new line. The main advantage of the project to improve the production capacity of the company, may indicate the possibility of Janev Ltd. to realize greater turnover. The introduction of this machine company will be able to increase their export revenues by between 20-30% annually over the next two years and will be able to realize and greater profit.
