Modernization and improvement of production processes

The production process of ET "Elimeks-Ivan Radevski" is implemented in 2 main directions: 1) "Production of chairs" - The company traditionally produce the so-called Vintage (vintage) or retro style chairs by solid wood and has a production capability of more than 60 classic models. 2) "Production of legs for beds and mattresses" - more than 50 legs models for beds and mattresses, which, by their type and geometric shape can be divided into regular and wrong, conical, round, cylindrical, truncated pyramidal,angular and parallelepipedal. For the needs of the company and after the procedures for selection of contractor, according to the Decree №118 of the Council of Ministers will be purchased 12 new machines.   The investment in these facilities is essential in order to fully improve and increase the production capacity, targeted strengthening of productivity in the production of chairs, fully exploiting the market potency, declining marriage and optimize production efficiency chain .To overcome restrictions on future development The company will include two main activities: 1. Action to improve production processes; 2. Activity of introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. Their successful implementation will have a positive effect on the achievement of the project objectives: increasing production capacity and enhancing the export potential in both directions.Along with this the company will increase productivity; increase average revenue generated from exports; increase the efficiency of production costs, which will lead to optimal return on investment.During project implementation will be met all requirements related to the visualization of the project.
