Improving production processes in Gold Apolo Ltd.

Gold Apolo Ltd. is a company registered in 1997 in the city of Ruse with main activity - production of furniture, mattresses and springs. The company has two production sites in the city of Ruse, the main product lines are: • complete and modular home furnishings: living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, children's rooms, kitchens, corridors; • furniture for offices and hotels, including: furniture from laminated boards /EGER, Intershpan, Kronospan/ ABS edges with variants with MDF profile with mountings of leading European manufacturers; • sofas, living room furniture, upholstered furniture; • sofa beds bedroom, one-sided and double-sided mattresses; The main goal of the company is to offer products of quality and performance at a European level, by optimizing production processes and expand its market share in the domestic and foreign market by providing high capacity. Technological processes in the company are four related to the four major production - in furniture, mattresses, sofas and springs. This project is aimed at the production of soft furniture and mattresses. Identified is client interest and opportunities for export of such products, but the company has limited technological capacity to produce them. In addition, the renovation and optimization need two process steps in the manufacture of furniture. This project involves the purchase and commissioning of equipment for the production of: • upholstered furniture and mattresses - Machine sewing zipper mattress, Optimized circular, Shaped cutting machine foam and Contour cutting machine for foam; • furniture - Machine for cutting slabs and Edging machine; As a result of the project production capacity of the company will be increased by 15%-20% will create conditions for strengthening the export potential of soft furniture and mattresses.
