Increasing the competitiveness of Kraltreis Ltd. through the purchase of new crusher and laboratory equipment

The project is for introduction of new technologies for improving the resource efficiency and efficacy of production. It will be implemented through the purchase of mobile rotor crusher and a set of mobile laboratory equipment. These mechatronic devices and machines will increase the quality and quantity of products and services offered, will improve efficacy of production of the company, will enlarge the product portfolio and will strengthen the market exposure of Kraltreis Ltd. As result of the use of the new mobile rotor crusher new products and services will be added to the product portfolio. Four new products (mixtures based on new recipes and inert materials, including recycled construction waste) and two new services (production of fractions and mixtures with material of the client and recycling of construction waste) will be introduced. Through the purchase of mobile rotor crusher the fractions and inert materials needed for the production of the company will be guaranteed and export of inert materials to Serbia and Romania can be initiated. Introducing these machines into exploitation will reduce the unit price of products, will improve the efficacy of production and resource efficiency in terms of fuel, electricity and recycling of construction waste. The recycling of earth, stone and ceramics will reduce the landfill of construction waste and will contribute to environmental protection. The laboratory equipment will allow full production cycle in the company, reduced costs on external services and higher production speed. The project will be implemented through outsourcing, public procurement for selection of contractor for delivery. For the activities in the project a public procurement procedure will be announced - "Selection through a public invitation" in line with the terms and conditions of Ordinance of the Council of Ministers 118/20.05.2014. The project will have a duration of 12 months and its total cost will amount to 1 220 000 BGN.
