Technological modernization for enhancing the export potential of “KOSARA-R” Ltd.

The company “KOSARA-R” Ltd. was established in 1997 in the town of Smolyan. The specific tool to reach this objective is investing in specialized sewing equipment that will lead to the following results for “KOSARA-R” Ltd.: ~full automation and optimization of the production process; ~increasing productivity due to the elimination of manual labour; ~increasing production capacity by 31%; ~diversifying the product portfolio; ~enhancing the quality of the final products; ~more effective utilization of the materials and raw materials used in the production; ~shortening production time; ~possibility for producing complex clothing models with higher added value; ~closing the production cycle and excluding the possibility for hiring subcontractors; ~opening possibilities for permanent entering export markets and reinforcing market positions in Bulgaria. The implementation of the above results would allow “KOSARA-R” Ltd. to offer, both in Bulgaria and abroad, higher-quality production within short deadlines.
