Production effectiveness through technological modernization of "ITC-IVONA" EOOD activity

The activity and products of company ‘’ITC-Ivona’’ EOOD could be defined as: Mechanical processing of black metals and manufacturing of machinery parts and elements such as mechanical constructions and machinery nodes. The current basic activity is milling, drilling, welding, etc. of black metals, as the future development is stressed on extensiion not only of the machinery parts and elements such as mechanical constructions and machinery nodes, but also production of machinery construction as separate finished entities. The current project proposal is connected with the investments taking place in order to expand the capacity of the company – the current manufacturing equipment. It could only take place through technological optimization of manufacturing processes, which are concluded in the following technological stages of mechanical processing: -cutting -turning -milling - bending - welding The company products are intended especially for the export and foreign clients mainly from Germany, such as: Thaler GmbH, Ludwig Bergmann GmbH and others. The company has implemented the excellent producing model, taken from their German partners and now respectively use it. The current project proposal foresees the following activities for: - Implementing new technologies for improving the resource effectiveness in the manufacturing process, which are going to be realized through investments in the following long term assets: Buying and implementing into operation (delivery, mounting and initial examination ) : 1.Automatic portal laser cutting metal sheets machine. Implementing of laser cutting is going to replace a great part of guillotine cutting, drilling fitters (human factor), mechanical processing of lathe, milling machine. Along with the labour economy , laser cutting improves the products’ quality due to its extreme accuracy of cutting and higher quality of the cut surface, high energy effectiveness, higher productiveness.
