Dilcom Bulgaria Ltd. - a symbol of modern technology and high quality

Dilcom produces a wide range of adhesive and non-adhesive labels, foil labels and tags with special applications. Recently there is a permanent tendency in the industry towards usage of thinner materials - both face and liners - in paper and foil, and customers require specialized labels with application in the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. On the other hand, the company strives to continuously improve production processes, which require higher degree of automation in key manufacturing operations and technological support to work with a variety of materials. The main idea of the present project proposal is to purchase and implement in the production the following machines: Modular printing machine with punching and automatic rewinder for label rolls; Automatic rewinding and inspection machine for pre-printed labels and Multifunctional machine for stamping and embossing. The successful realization of the project will help the company to expand its production capacity for the production of labels, to improve the quality of the final product and to optimize production processes. The high-tech equipment included in the project will increase the capacity of the company to produce various kinds of labels of modern environmentally friendly materials and will strengthen its export potential, which will lead to an overall improvement of the competitivenes both on the domestic and the export markets. The possibility of using a grant for covering part of the costs for the realization of the investment is an essential key factor for starting the project and a guarantee for achieving the projected results. This proposal complies with the objectives of the Operational Programme "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020, ISIS 2014-2020, the Strategy for Development of SMEs in Bulgaria, as well as the objectives of this selection procedure for projects.
