IMPROVING PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF "SUPERABRASIVE" LTD.BY INVESTMENT IN HIGH-TECH EQUIPMENT

"Superabrasive" Ltd. is a leader in the industry of machinery for processing the surfaces of granite, marble, concrete and stone tools of synthetic diamond powder and super hard materials in Bulgaria, the EU and the world. The overall objective of the project proposal is to improve the production capacity of "Superabrasive" Ltd., through investments in high-tech equip-ment and technology for the production of innovative products and services and their marketing. This goal is in line with achieving the specific purpose of investment priority 2.2."Capacity to increase production capacity and enhance the export potential of Bulgarian SMEs". The specific objectives of the project are: 1.Introduction of new production technologies; 2.Effective and efficient use of factors of production; 3.Increase the share of the new innovative products, own development and design; 4.Increasing export revenues. The project provides the following activities: 1.Improvement of production processes; 2.Introduction of new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness of the manufacturing process; 3.Information and communication. Will be delivered equipment, incl.: CNC Lathe Turning Center with rod-feeder device -1 pc.; CNC LatheTurning Center-1 pc.; CNC Vertical Machining Center-1 pc.; Vertical Machining Center -1 pc.; Vertical Machining Center -1 pc .; Granulating Machine -1 pc.; Sintering press-1 pc.; Magazine for sintering press-1 pc., Total amount of the project is 1 672 845.95 BGN without VAT. With the implementation of project activities, the following company needs will be satisfied: - Optimization of the manufacturing process; - Increasing export revenues; - Reduce the share of outdated production capacities; - Reducing the production costs and adding a new value of the final product. The project is sustainable because it generates results that will be used by target groups after completion of the project activities - "Superabra-sive" Ltd. and its clients.
