Improving production capacity in HELIX PRESS Ltd

HELIX PRESS Ltd project proposal envisages commissioning of 5-color offset printing machine with varnishing section, which should lead to growth of the production capacity of the company, increase its performance, increase production efficiency, expansion of its market position and promotion of its export activity. The project proposal includes activity for improvement of the production process and activity for commissioning of a new technology for improvement of the resources and production efficiency. The need for the envisaged project activities is determined by the currently defined major problems: increased cost of products and high production costs; prolonged duration of the production process (technological stay, the need for two or even three passes in a drawing machine aiming fifth color application or overprint varnish); inability to offer a vision of diverse to the customers and to meet their specific preferences for attractive look and sustainability of the product. As a result of the project the manufacturing processes will be improved; will be increased the efficiency of production costs which will go down by about 25 % ; product quality will be improved and cost of products will decrease by minimum 20%. These positive trends will support the company's development by stimulating sales on domestic and foreign markets. As a result of the project investment it is expected that the average revenue generated from exports will increase by around 25%. The successful implementation of the project proposal will improve the resources efficiency of the company and will help it to achieve these particular goals.
