Improving the production capacity of Panflex and Trotech Ltd

Panflex and Trotech is a Bulgarian-Czech company founded in 2006 in Varna, which aims to be a leader and innovator in the field of prepress, repromanagement and production of photopolymer plates. In the past few years the technology for the production of photopolymer plates has greatly developed allowing plates to be used for printing of packaging with much greater difficulty, which until recently was impossible. The company strives to continuously improve the processes that require a high degree of automation in key manufacturing operations and to enable the production of plates with larger sizes. The main idea of ​​this project proposal is the creation of new business facility in Plovdiv, which includes the purchase and commissioning of the following equipment: Flexo Computer-to-Plate (CtP) system, Processor, Exposure Light Finisher, Six Drawer Dryer and Punch. Successful realization of the project will help the company to fulfill orders quickly and efficiently to customers in the region, to expand its production capacity for the production of photopolymer plates, to improve their quality and to optimize production processes. High-tech equipment under the project will increase the production capacity of the company and enhance its export potential, which will lead to an overall improvement of the competitive advantages at home and abroad. The ability to grant part of the costs for the realization of the investment is a key factor in starting the project and guarantee for achieving the projected results. This proposal fully meets the objectives of the Operational Programme "Innovation and Competitiveness" 2014-2020, ISIS 2014-2020, the Strategy for Development of SMEs in Bulgaria, as well as the objectives of this selection procedure for projects.
