Improving the production capacity of METALINVEST-REMKO, by introducing new technologies

"Metalinvest-Remko" Ltd. is a company specialized in the repair, installation and reconstruction of pipelines for steam and hot water in all categories; gas facilities and installations; boilers, superheaters and economizers. Build steam, heating, ventilation, air conditioning and plumbing systems. Carried out fabrication and erection of steel structures. A major problem for the development of the company is the lack of high-tech and efficient equipment that will upgrade the production capacity to provide its customers with products of higher quality and value, low prices, and support its sustainable development of the Bulgarian and European market. The overall objective of the project corresponds with the objective of this procedure and the specific purpose of investment priority 2.2. "Growth capacity of SMEs", as it will increase the production capacity of the company and will provide an opportunity for establishing strong position on the Bulgarian and European market through the introduction of new and high-tech equipment. Through the implementation of the planned activities in this project which are improved production processes, adding new features and improving existing products and services and introduced new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness will be achieved the following results: 1. Reduced production costs and increased product quality as a result of the introduced high-tech equipment and reductions in the volume of manual labor; 2. Increased production capacity and ability to carry out large orders in short terms; 3. Increased export and attract customers from new sectors; 4. Sustainable development of the company on the European market; 5. Reduced production waste and limiting the incidents as a result from the newly introduced automated and technological equipment.
