Improving the production capacity in "Colori 2005" Ltd.

The company "Colori 2005" Ltd was founded in 2005 with main activities production of sunscreen products - blinds and awnings. The company has set up its own retail network across the country, and our manufacturing base is situated in Plovdiv. The constant increasing of product range with new models blinds and awnings, and the increasing diversity of textiles and colors required construction of new production and storage facilities in early 2015. Logical extension of the corporate strategy is investments for improving productive capacity and increasing the export potential of the company. The need for planned project activities is determined by increasing product range and the limited capacity of existing equipment, which embarrass the increase in the production and made us incapable to satisfy all customer orders. To ensure high quality and satisfaction we offer our clients a full range of products and services: design, fabrication, delivery and assembly of each of our product. Except by direct contact with individual clients, our products are distributed through a distribution network of over 200 representatives of the territory of Bulgaria. Since 7 years the company "Colori 2005" Ltd has successful trade relations with retail chain "Metro". In recent years we register and serious interest from customers outside the country, but at present we are prevented to realize our export potential due to limited technological capacity. Planned project activities include improvement of production processes and implementation of new technologies for resource efficiency and effectiveness improvement, and will be realized through the delivery and commissioning of Line for welding PVC details with stationary and moving head, Automatic machine for cutting out textile for blinds and Industrial sewing machine for acrylic, polyester, PVC, technical and others textiles for awnings.
