"Competitiveness by increasing productivity and export potential"

The main factor for enhancing the competitiveness of the Bulgarian furniture industry production efficiency. The lack of specialized equipment and manual execution of technological operations violate the traceability of product quality throughout the production chain. The project is aimed at investing in specialized, high-tech equipment: For upholstery workshop - Digital cutter for cutting leather and textiles and furniture in a workshop Furniture -5 axis high-speed machining center. The new equipment will replace and facilitate manual labor, reduce dependence on the cutting errors in auto upholstery shop and overcome the limitation in the product list in workshop furniture, adding new standalone products that meet European requirements that will be new to the Bulgarian market high quality and functional characteristics: The concrete results of the project are: implemented new machines (2 pcs.); expansion of export-oriented production, as export revenues will increase by 30.68%; achieving resource efficiency and effectiveness of production, which in addition to reducing rejected production will lead to a diversification of the production list by entering the residual material in the production of new product groups; reduction of cost of production by 17%; increase productivity with 23.77%; Mr. achieve cost efficiency with 17.68%. The project will contribute to employment growth in the enterprise as reveal about 2 jobs after the project while keeping the balance of men to women.
