"Increasing productivity TEDIVA Ltd."

The project proposal is aimed at improving production processes through the implementation of technology to improve resource efficiency, increasing production volumes and the need to diversify the product portfolio. "TEDIVA" Ltd. manufactures quality furniture because it is imposed control over the entire process chain. This project will invest in high-tech equipment to improve the production of polyurethane foam (foam), the main raw material for the production of upholstered furniture: sofas, armchairs, upholstered chairs; mattresses and pillows. The new assets will allow the company to produce products that will meet European quality standards. This will allow "TEDIVA" Ltd. to increase their export potential and expand their markets in the EU Member-States. Results of the project: - Improved production processes by increasing productivity "TEDIVA" Ltd. with 20.78%, which will be achieved in the fourth year after the completion of the project; - Diversification of the product range of the company - with new technological equipment will start producing two new products; - Improvement of technical parameters of existing products - production retardant foam; - Increase revenues from exports 25.09%; - Improving cost efficiency of 19.69%; - Improving resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process; - Reducing the cost of manufactured products up to 16%: - Increase sales revenues by 20% - from 4353 thousand. Lev in 2014 to 5258 thousand. Lev in the fourth year of implementation of the project. - Improving working conditions by automating the process; - Opening of two new jobs in the "TEDIVA" LTD.
