For the manufacturing of high quality details for furniture, made of solid wood and after the procedure for contractor selection according to Decree № 118/2014, the company will establish new business object in its own building located in the city Troyan close to the current factory. A new high-productive equipment will be purchased to improve production processes and solving some of the major problems and constraints to the development of "Savel" Ltd. as: need of increasing the production capacity, eliminate the subcontractors, overcoming technological constraints hindering the full utilization of available market opportunities, increase resource efficiency, enhance the export potential and offering new products with higher added value. As a result of the commissioning of the new equipment the enterprise will achieve an overall increase of production capacity, will eliminate the need of using subcontractors, will reduce the production waste and technological time for manufacturing of one product and will improve the quality of the products. Essential for the enterprise is the opportunity through new high-productive equipment to utilize existing market potential according to the development plans of the products and markets of the company. The successful implementation of the project activities will have a comprehensive positive effect on the entire production process, the competitiveness of domestic and foreign markets and the financial results of the company.
