Improving the Competitiveness of "AMEK TOYS" LTD

Through the realisation of the project, the following needs of the applicant will be satisfied: 1. Increase of the production capacity, which will allow applicant to improve and expand its market position according to the consumer demand 2. Improvement of the resource efficiency of the company, which will lead to a reduction in the expenditures of fabric. For the satisfaction of these needs, it is provided implementation of a combination of the following activities: 1. Activities connected to the improvement of the production processes. 2. Activities connected to the introduction of new technologies for improvement of the resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. As a result of the implementation of these activities "Amek Toys" LTD. will achieve these results: 1. Improved 2 pcs.production processes and production capacity increased by 50%. 2. Improved export positions: + 40% revenues from the production of external market (compared 2014) 3. Improved market position in the country + 56% revenues from the production of an internal market (compared to 2014). Including ISIS area: new technologies in creative and recreational industries; 4. Improved resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process, reduce in the amount of fabric used in the manufacture and as a consequence - reduced costs for production activities. Detailed statement of the results of the project is made in pt. 7 and 11 of this form. The following objectives of the project will be achieved: - Improved competitiveness "Amek Toys" Ltd. by increasing production capacity and enhancing the export potential of the enterprise (general purpose of the project) - Improved production processes and implemented new technologies to improve resource efficiency and effectiveness in the production process (specific objectives) and satisfaction of the targeted groups will be achieved: Beneficiary, employeesof the enterprise-beneficiary and customers: present and future.
