Extending the product range and modernization of the production processes in MIK-BG Ltd

MIK-BG EOOD is a Bulgarian company established in 2003, whose main activity is clothes production and making women’s clothing and uniforms. With this project MIK-BG EOOD envisages investments in a new modern sewing and ironing equipment and automated and modular CAD system. The successful implementation of the project will allow the company to invest in the modernization and automation of the production processes, which will have a direct positive effect on the quality of the end products, will result in higher precision, bigger production volumes, shorter implementation deadlines and possibilities for better consideration of customers’ demands. The production cycle optimization and the improved quality of the end products will have a direct positive effect on the overall company competitiveness. As a result of the implementation of this investment, the following results are estimated within 3 years after the project’s completion: increasing labour productivity by almost 19%, increasing export revenues by 26%, and increasing production cost efficiency by 17%.
