Higher Productivity for Higher Visibility of BALE LTD. on the International Market

BALE Ltd. is a company whose core activity is the production of men’s trousers. Over the last few years, 99% of the production has been exported, in particular to Austria, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Spain, Slovakia, etc. The company has already built an image of being a reliable partner, especially regarding long-term cooperation and the production of long-series orders. In order to maintain its good positions of the men’s clothing market and establish new partnerships, BALE Ltd. needs to invest efforts to overcome some key limitations that currently prevent its growth. The company aims to increase its capacity for the production of long-series trousers, including complex models with additional details. This could be made possible by commissioning high-productivity sewing equipment, as well as a set of machines for attaching additional details (pockets, buttonholes, etc.). As a result of the project implementation, BALE Ltd. will increase its capacity to produce trousers in long series, and will also expand the range of the models produced. The improvements in the production process will provide new opportunities, such as establishing new partnerships and expanding the scope of existing ones. This growth will have a positive effect on the company’s indicators. It is expected that over the three years after the project’s completion BALE Ltd. will increase its productivity by an average of 17,51% as compared to 2014, to have 18,07% average increase in cost efficiency, and to register a change in the generated export revenues as a result of project implementation by 193,68% versus 2014.
