"Mitko Tanev Commercial" was established in 1991. The main business is designing, engineering and manufacturing of tools and instruments for production of plastics. Manufacture of molds, blow molds is facing significant development, which is determined by the increasingly widespread use of plastic parts. The company works successfully both on the domestic and external market. The technological process is complicated and goes through several stages: design patterns, preparation, mechanical and thermal treatment of blanks, quality control of production. This requires a wide range of machine tools and equipment, and their constant updating to be competitive now. The company aims to introduce a closed technological process of the manufacture of final products. For this purpose it is necessary to purchase a high-performance machine tools with which to develop their own molds and tooling for plastic devices without them outsource suppliers. This project proposal is aimed at expansion of the company through the expansion of the technological park of the company. To withstand competitive pressures and strengthen their positions, the company needs to optimize and increase the capacity and efficiency of work in various stages of production. With this project, the company hopes to not only increase productivity, but also reduce the cost of production, which would make it competitive on foreign markets to which it is oriented. As a result, "Mitko Tanev Commercial" will increase the productivity and optimize the manufacturing process, will shorten the processing time, will reduce waste and the cost of the final products.
