Imrpoving production capacity of Bamex Metal BG Ltd.

BAMEX Metal BG was established on 14.08.2012. The main activity of the company is the production of ferrous castings. The production on 2014 amounted to 1835 tons casting. Our production is widely used in industry - both in specialized machinery, and in other industries. The manufacturing process involves casting and subsequent machining on CNC machines. This project proposal is aimed at expanding production activity by adding new technological capacities to the technological park. To withstand competitive pressures and strengthen their positions, the company needs to optimize and increase the capacity and efficiency of work in the final stage of production namely the processing of castings in the mechanical workshop of the enterprise. This is not possible with existing equipment, part of which is outdated, low-mechanized, with insufficient accuracy and need extra time to adjust in the manufacture of the product. The project provides for the purchase of a new high-performance CNC milling center which offer greater speed and accuracy in post-processing of the castings. As a result, "BAMEX Metal" BG will increase productivity and optimize the manufacturing process, will shorten treatment of details, technology will reduce waste and the cost of the final products.With the project, "BAMEX Metal" BG aims to strengthen its positions on foreign markets by offering quality products at competitive prices.
