Improving production capacity in "Parmash" JSC

"Parmash" JSC exists since 1990. The main business of the company is production of metal and plastic household items. The company also produces machine tools - automatic pipe cutters and 3D machines for bending wire. The largest share in the volume of production are different models drying racks. About 70% of the company's revenues are from sales to external market - the EU. "Parmash" JSC operates in its own production facilities, which have separate sections for the main stages of the process. Each stage is provided with the relevant machinery and equipment, some of which are already significantly depreciated. The manufacturing process of the company is impaired by the obsolete level of the technology and limited capabilities (rate of production, i.e. speed and throughput) leading to the inability to fulfill large orders in a short time, low productivity and high production costs. With the activities included in this project, the company's main objective is to increase its production capacity and export potential as a manufacturer of plastic and metal household items. This will contribute to improving its competitiveness and sustainable economic and financial development. The goals that the company has set for the future will be achieved through the purchase of high-tech production machinery having a higher technological capabilities and performance compared to the ones currently used. With the implementation of this project, by the end of 2020, “Parmash” JSC aims to improve its production rate by 15,55% and decrease its manufacturing cost by 16,19%, which will result in increase of the profits from export by 40,93%. The final result of the investment will be improved production processes, increased production capacity and optimized production costs with guaranteed high quality production.
