ECOPRINT GLASS LTD - competitive company on the Bulgarian market

ECOPRINT GLASS is a limited liability company having head office and management address in Osenovo, Varna.The company has a trade office in Varna and production factories in Osenovo and Plovdiv.All machines envisaged in the project will be delivered in the factory in Plovdiv. The main activity of the company is decoration and frosting of glass containers.The company does decoration in two directions.First,it performs automatic placement of coating(lacquering with paints of water base)and etching of glass containers for the alcohol industry.Second,it places screen printing with UV paints or high-temperature paints on untreated bottles or glass containers that have been frosted chemically beforehand and placement of pad printing. The main necessities of the company are about increasing the production capacity and export potential.Satisfying both of those is one of the main objectives of the project.Through implementation of the activities stipulated in the project,namely activities for adding new characteristics and improving some existing products and services,activities for diversification of the product and service assortment of the company,and activities for adopting new technologies for improving resource effectiveness and efficacy in the production process it'll be able to achieve the general objective of the project.As main results of the implementation of the activities optimization of the production process,placing screen printing on square-shaped and multi-walled items and printing on the neck of the bottle,introducing a new kind of decoration–metaled goods,adopting a technology to decrease the use of resources in the production process–decreased amount of paints and spoilage,increasing of the production capacity and the export potential of the company are expected.To achieve the results as per the project the purchase of a Painting through Injecting with a Vacuum Vapourizing Coating Machine and an Automatic Screen Printing Machine is provided for.
