Increasing of the production capacity and of the export potential in BILBOBUL Ltd

The strategy of BILBOBUL LTD for company development is based on gradual technological modernization. First stage of that strategy was implemented between 2010 and 2014. Second stage (2015-2017), forecasts the purchase and startup of new state of the art machines and equipment, as well as laboratory devices, the stage is also including the optimization of the resources and used raw materials with the help of new technologies and modern equipment. The current project is orientated to the realization of this stage and is provides the following activities: 1. Implementation of new technologies for the improvement of resources and production processes efficiency via purchase of Sand regeneration installation. 2. Improvement of production processes via purchase of: Induction Furnace for melting; Heat Treatment Furnace; Spectrometer, Static Tensile Machine, Charpy Impact Testing Hammer; Software for Simulation of Melting Processes. As a result the project will fulfill the following: - the production processes will be optimized; - the raw materials costs will be decreased thanks to the continuous usage of recycled materials; - the Environmental protection will be increased due to a decrease of the disposal of harmful waste; - the efficiency of the production processes will rice; - the production capacity will expand significantly; - the labor productivity will increase; - the quality of products will be improved; - the export will increase. With the fulfillment of the project BILBOBUL LTD will be achieved increasing of the competitiveness on the European market.
