Enhancing the production capacity and export potential of Zem Hold 2012 Ltd.

Zem Hold 2012 Ltd was established as a commercial company in 2012 with core business activity – manufacture and trade in electrically welded mesh and chain link fence, as well as pre-fabricated reinforcing materials. The Company was founded in the city of Sofia, yet operating in the town of Dupnitsa, mainly as a supplier to the newly constructed infrastructural sites, executed on both sides of our west border. The main products, manufactured by the company include: Pre-fabricated reinforcing materials, chain link fence, made of galvanized wire, with rhomboidal openings, electrically welded wire mesh of different shape and size of the openings. For its operations, Zem Hold 2012 Ltd has equipment, featuring low production yields and inadequate quality. At the same time, the demand for the Company's products (mostly electrically welded mesh) on behalf of foreign trade and construction companies is large - incomparable to the available process capacity of the Company. The present design provides for elimination of the limitations Zem Hold is facing, in the establishment of their products in the country and abroad, namely: - Purchasing equipment for the implementation of their major production activities. Presently the Company operates with low-tech machinery for the manufacture of electrically welded mesh and pre-fabricated reinforcing materials. This project envisages the purchasing of a LIGHT WIRE MESH WELDING MACHINE IN COILS-a new technology, to be implemented by the Company for the improvement of resource efficiency and production yields. - Considerable increase of the production capacity for electrically welded mesh, focusing upon the most wanted product – their wire mesh in coils. - Enhancing the export potential of the Company. The project is comprised within the category - "Expanding the capacity of an existing business establishment" and provides for investments in material assets, to be located in the main production site, in the town of Dupnitsa.
